We live in a wired world, and more recently a wireless one. So, it was no surprise that TripAdvisor’s recent study found that an excellent Wi-Fi system is imperative to attracting guests to your hotel. However, what was surprising was the fact that of the users and hotel representatives TripAdvisor polled, they found that 54% of travelers have actually canceled a prior reservation after finding better amenities at another hotel. When you consider the fact that travelers agree that Wi-Fi is the most important amenity a hotel can offer, it becomes clear that providing best in class Wi-Fi is a great way to set yourself apart from other hotels.
