The Hotel Technology Next Generation (HTNG) association is heavily invested in solving hospitality’s biggest technology challenges. The HTNG annual North American conference kicks off today at the beautiful Rancho Bernardo Inn in California. The conference is focused on helping hoteliers gain a better understanding of hotel technology and future trends.
Because of his expertise, Eric Sullender, Eleven’s director of products, has been asked to act as a panelist for the Infrastructure and Device Forum, an informal panel prior to the conference. Along with partner panelists, including Perry Correll of Xirrus, Bill Gustofson of Cisco Systems, and Matthew FitzGerald of Ruckus, they will cover guest Internet usage trends, device-specific issues, multilingual interfaces, and more. Although this is for only HTNG forum members, conference attendees won’t want to miss the conference following it up.
Eleven is also a contestant in HTNG’s Innovation Award for its Conference Services Manager (CSM) solution. To learn more about it, check out our CSM blog series. Entries will be judged throughout the conference and winners will be announced on the last day. If you are attending the conference, be sure to check out the award pavillion to cast your vote!
We’re interested to see what this year’s conference has in store for the world of hospitality technology. The breakout meetings we’re most interested in are ‘Bring Your Own Content and Device’ and ‘Wi-Fi Deployment.’ Stay tuned as we bring you updates directly from the conference.
Do you keep with HTNG standards?
